We accept returns within 15 days of receipt. Contact us at contact@eclatbeautytools.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before sending anything back. Unopened products are eligible for a full refund; opened products are also eligible within the 15-day window. Return shipping costs are deducted from the refund.
